Net-Zero Communities

Communities and Housing Associations must look to meet net-zero targets meanwhile their tenants are in the grips of a cost-of-living crisis.

There is a requirement for up-skilling tenants living within social housing on sustainable living and energy efficiency, which has multiple benefits.

It can help them to save money on their energy bills, reduce their environmental impact and improve their quality of life. For example, through energy efficiency measures, tenants can reduce the amount of energy they use, leading to reduced energy costs and, potentially, fewer related health issues.

Additionally, sustainable living and energy efficiency measures can reduce the impact of climate change, and help to create a healthier and more sustainable living environment for future generations.
