Agriculture, food processing, packaging and waste together make food and drink one of the largest climate-relevant sectors in the UK economy. The pressures from retailers, regulators and consumers are now moving in the same direction — and quickly.
Industry analysis like StartUs Insights’ food tech trends shows where innovation is concentrating — efficient processing, alternative proteins, packaging, traceability. The UK Food and Drink Sector Council launch coverage at SupplyChainBrain sets out the joint industry-government structure now driving change.
This course teaches food teams to cut energy and water, reduce food and packaging waste, and respond credibly to retailer and regulator pressure.
