Sustainability is now a core hospitality competency — guests, corporate clients and event buyers all expect it.
— The Hospitality Daily · Sustainability in Hospitality Guide
Course intro · 90 seconds
A short animated walkthrough of what your team will learn, who teaches it, and why it’s pitched at owners and directors who actually have to sign the strategy off.
Hit play and the course intro tells you the rest in less time than it takes to make a coffee.
01 / Why this course
Hospitality buyers — corporate event teams, conference clients and increasingly leisure guests — now make booking decisions partly on sustainability. The properties that can answer credibly are winning the work.
Industry guidance like The Hospitality Daily’s Sustainability in Hospitality Guide sets out what good practice looks like across food, energy, water and waste. The UK’s Net Zero Strategy turns those expectations into the policy environment hospitality is now operating inside.
This course teaches hospitality teams to cut energy and water, reduce food waste and communicate sustainability credibly to corporate buyers and guests.
