01 / Why this course

Most organisations namecheck the SDGs. Few use them properly.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals are the most widely-used sustainability framework in the world — referenced in nearly every corporate ESG report. But most organisations stop at logo placement: they pick the goals that look best and never connect them to strategy or reporting.

The original framework — the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development — sets out what each of the 17 goals actually requires. The companion UN Business and the SDGs guide explains how organisations are expected to connect them to action.

This course teaches teams to understand each goal in depthidentify which ones materially apply to their business, and connect them to strategy, reporting and credible action.

02 / Curriculum

Three modules. From the 17 goals to your strategy.

Self-paced · Worksheets included · CPD-accredited certification

What each SDG actually means, the targets behind it, and the indicators the UN uses to measure progress.

M.02

How to identify the goals that materially apply to your organisation, and embed them in strategy and decision-making.

M.03

03 / Learning outcomes
