Global animal health
Whole-site training
Community sponsor
Bimeda is a global animal health company, and its Denbigh site (Telsol Ltd, trading as Bimeda) is the manufacturing home of the world’s only soluble glass trace element bolus. Bimeda Denbigh first worked with us through our Net-Zero Horizons programme, then went further: launching its first Sustainability Week in 2024, training its whole team, and continuing the partnership since. It has also taken that commitment beyond the site, sponsoring the Climate Kids Academy into local schools.

where it began
Bimeda’s Denbigh operation makes a genuinely world-first product, and the team wanted its sustainability effort to match that ambition. They joined our Net-Zero Horizons programme as a starting point, then chose to go further, using it as the foundation for something more visible and lasting across the whole site.
That momentum led to Bimeda Denbigh’s first Sustainability Week in 2024, with environmental sustainability training delivered to every employee, and a partnership that has continued to develop since. It has also reached beyond the workplace and into the local community, which we come to further down.
the work
This was never a one-off course. It began with a structured programme and grew into an ongoing relationship, with a focal point that turned intent into visible action across the site. Our training is CPD-accredited and written with Liverpool John Moores University.

Bimeda Denbigh joined our Net-Zero Horizons programme, the starting point for building sustainability into how the site thinks and operates.
02
We helped Bimeda launch its first Sustainability Week in 2024, a focal point that turned commitment into momentum right across the site.
03
Environmental sustainability training delivered to every employee at the Denbigh site, giving the whole team the knowledge and confidence to play their part.

The relationship did not end with the programme. We have continued to work with Bimeda as its net-zero journey develops.
"In 2024, Bimeda Denbigh proudly launched its first Sustainability Week, marking the beginning of a meaningful shift in how we think, act, and work towards a more sustainable future. Partnering with One Earth Education to deliver environmental sustainability training to all our employees was a truly powerful experience. The programme didn’t just inform — it inspired. It gave our teams the knowledge, confidence, and motivation to play their part in our journey to Net Zero, creating a real sense of shared purpose across the site. We are incredibly proud to be continuing this partnership, now extending that same inspiration into our local community through the Climate Kids Academy. Seeing the next generation empowered with knowledge and passion for the environment is both uplifting and hopeful. One Earth Education’s work is making a genuine difference — not just in organisations like ours, but in shaping a better, more sustainable future for all."

Beyond the workplace
Bimeda has taken its commitment further than its own site. As a sponsor, it has helped bring the Climate Kids Academy, the children’s climate-education programme delivered by our sister organisation One Earth Academy International, into local schools in the Denbigh area, extending environmental education to the next generation in the community the business is part of.
"We’re delighted to be partnering with One Earth Education on the rollout of the Climate Kids Academy. The programme is engaging, well-designed, and strongly supports our commitment to sustainability and environmental education."

why it matters
This was never a one-off course. It began with a structured programme and grew into an ongoing relationship, with a focal point that turned intent into visible action across the site. Our training is CPD-accredited and written with Liverpool John Moores University.
01
The work has continued well beyond the initial programme, growing into an ongoing relationship rather than a single course.
02
Training everyone on site, rather than a select few, created the shared sense of purpose Bimeda describes across the whole workforce.
03
As a Denbigh business, Bimeda has invested locally, sponsoring environmental education for children in the same community it operates in.
04
A Sustainability Week gave the effort a visible focal point, turning a commitment into something the whole site could rally around.
We work with manufacturers and employers who want sustainability to stick, from a first team-wide training push to an ongoing partnership. Book a short walkthrough and we’ll talk through what that could look like for your site.
